| 从文化学、政策学的视角,归纳出外国先进军事教育制度在我国＂本土化＂的内涵和具体标志;通过晚清以来我国近代军事教育制度＂本土化＂的历史考察,总结出各个历史时期学习借鉴外国军事教育制度的基本特点;提出了当前我军在学习借鉴外国先进军事教育制度过程中的三点启示,即：辩证理解国情军情的制约性和可改造性、努力发挥学习借鉴先进国家经验的＂后发优势＂、充分遵循外国先进军事教育制度＂本土化＂的内在机理。 |
