| 国外高校教师积累了培养研究生科研能力的成功经验,这些经验主要体现在在教学和指导中,前者包括提供明确具体的教学指导、教授科学的教学内容、采取灵活多样的教学方式、布置大量的课外学习任务和进行合理有效的课程考核,后者包括重视对申请者科研潜力的判断、双向选择确定指导关系、制订完整的培养计划、改进指导技巧和方法、注重科研训练、严格指导撰写学位论文以及探索指导方式。我国高校教师应该学习和借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| Teachers in foreign higher educational institutions has accumulated successful experience in cultivating the postgraduates' research ability.The experience is embodied in teaching and tutoring.The former includes providing clear and concrete guidance,delivering scientific knowledge,taking flexible and various teaching forms,assigning many extracurricular tasks and quiring rational and effective examinations.The last includes attaching importance to the judging candidates' research altitude,determining the tutoring relation through dual selection,forming perfect training plan,improving tutoring skills,paying special attention to research training,tutoring strictly the writing of dissertations and probing the tutor patterns.Teachers in higher educational institutions in China should learn and use the experience of the teachers in foreign higher educational institutions for reference. |
