| 知识经济的特点呼唤创新型人才。现有单一狭窄的专业教育已不利于创新型人才的培养。本文通过分析创新型人才的特质以及通识教育与创新型人才培养的关系,提出注重基础知识、个性全面发展和人文素养提升的通识教育是创新型人才培养的有效途径,进而提出了实施通识教育的策略。 |

| Characteristics of knowledge economy demands creative talents.Only through the biased professional education,can the cultivation of creative talents not be successful.By analyzing the characteristics of the creative talents,and the relation between the general education and the cultivation of creative talents,the author puts forward the general education which emphasizes the elementary knowledge,all-round development and of attainments humanities is an effective way to the cultivation of creative talents.The author also advances some opinions about the strategies of the general education. |
