| Our command officers are mainly from the present integrated training cadets,thus cultivation of their information quality is of great significance in adapting to the world military innovation and our information development,in promoting our information construction and in winning the future information war.The cadets' information quality can be promoted by specifying the content of their information quality with practical means. |
