中文摘要:
      我国高校教学评估经过二十年来的探索与实践,由试点评估、专项评估、分类评估直到整体评估,有关实际操作和应用研究逐步进入全面开展阶段,总体而言各类评估对高校办学起到极大的推动作用。本文按时间溯源,从政策法规、组织实施、制度建设及评估指标等角度进行梳理,回顾1985~2005年的发展历程,并对近年171所高校的评估结果进行了分析。
Abstract:
      More than 20 years have passed since the evaluation of higher education started in China.It is a daily routine in universities now.It is necessary of sum up the experience of the education evaluation.The significance of the education evaluation,the content model and program are surveyed.The background,the law guarantee,the role and the government act in the evaluation of China's higher education are reported from 1985 to 2005.Finally the results of the evaluation of 171 universities are analyzed.
