中文摘要:
      信息管理与信息系统等信息管理类专业属于新兴交叉性学科,专业人才与社会需求还存在较大差距。该文在分析理工交叉学科信息管理类专业人才培养要求和目前存在问题的基础上,结合该类专业人才培养目标,提出了创新性人才培养的"112模式"。通过在合肥工业大学的实践证明了该模式的有效性、前沿性和实用性。
Abstract:
      As a rising cross discipline,the construction of undergraduate courses of information management specialties is not mature yet.There is great disparity between the level of the talents we train and the social demand.Based upon the requirements of talent training and actual problems of the specialties of information management in universities of science and technology,summing up the experience of the teaching and educational practice of Hefei University of TechnologyHFUT ,the innovative talent training mode called "112" is presented.It is proved that the new mode is effective,advanced,and practical.
