| 美军院校在培养信息化军事人才方面已经进行了大量探索,形成了富有特色的培养模式,最突出的是:培养方式具有开放性,课程内容具有时代性,教学环境具有目的性。这三性反映了信息化条件下美军院校人才培养的经验。他山之石,可以攻玉。我军院校不妨借鉴美军院校的成功经验。一是加大开放式办学力度,广泛开展与国内外高校,特别是发达国家知名军事院校的交流与合作,以借鉴其先进教学经验;二是准确把握信息化战争的特点、规律和信息技术发展脉络,及时将信息技术、信息化战争、一体化联合作战等方面的思想、观点、技能纳入院校课程内容体系;三是有目的地营造适合培养信息化联合作战人才的教学环境,使学员始终徜徉在既美丽,又富有军事特色和人文气息,同时具备信息化教学设备的氛围之中。 |

| The U.S. military colleges have already made a large number of researches on cultivation of informative military talents, coming into being a unique training mode.The outstanding modes are:opening on talent cultivation,modernization on curricular contents,informalization on teaching environment.These characters reflect many experiences of cultivation of informative military talents in US.The experience from others is valuable for us to learn.Firstly,adopting opening all-round school running;Secondly,absorbing informative teaching content;Thirdly,constructing informative teaching environment. |
