| This essay makes an analysis of the factors which baffle the conversion of the scientific and technological achievements in institutions of higher learning and discovers that many people pay attention to the medium of science and technology. The inefficient information exchange become the bottleneck which obstructs the scientific and technological innovation. The medium of science and technology in our country is very weak and the system is not sound. It will be beneficial to the conversion of the achievements of science and technology of the institutions of higher learning and to the innovation of enterprises to improve the establishment and management of the agencies of science and technology. |
