| Abstract: |
| The differences between commanding and technical master of engineering are analyzed and compared at first. Then, aiming at the characteristics of commanding master of engineering in knowledge structure, training goal and training mode, a series of appropriate measures are adopted, and some significant experience has been accumulated. Finally, some efficient suggestions to the training plan of commanding master of engineering are proposed. |
