| As a result of the effective combination of rational management and humanitarian management, emotional management has become the tendency of the managerial theory. Nowadays owing to high-speed development, the college administrators should see the changes in teachers, and lay stress on the mode of emotional management to give full play of the teachers' potential so as to improve the quality of management. |
