| 当前,在建设创新型国家的过程中,我国研究型大学发挥着知识生产、高层次人才培养和高技术创新服务的重要作用。然而,我国研究型大学在办校治学的过程中,仍然不同程度地存在着办学定位不清晰、办学特色不鲜明、学科水平不高等诸多方面的问题。本文认为建设我国高水平研究型大学,必须使研究型大学在办学理念、人才培养、学科建设、科学研究以及师资建设等方面有明确的战略思路与相应对策。 |
| Abstract: |
| Nowadays,our research-type universities play a key role in knowledge production,talent cultivation and technological innovation.However,many problem arise in the course of running this type universities,e.g.their position is not clear,they have not distinctive characteristics and so on.The paper points out that,in order to build high-level,research-type universities we must have a clear developing strategy in school-running idea,talent training,discipline establishment scientific research and the cultivation of teachers. |
