| 大学竞争力是大学综合办学实力的外在表现,大学核心竞争力是大学综合办学实力的核心标志。对军队综合大学而言,核心竞争力的体现就是其获得外界认可的程度和对国防与军队建设贡献力的大小。本文辨析了军队综合大学核心竞争力的教育管理学含义,探讨了军队综合大学核心竞争力的构成要素,提出了基于战略管理思想的军队综合大学核心竞争力生成机制模型,并给出了提升军队综合大学核心竞争力的对策建议。 |

| The core competence of a university is the core capability that is acknowledged by the outside world and its contribution to the national defense and army building.The concept and key elements of military university core competence are discussed on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of military university,and then the generating mechanism of the core competence of military university has been built based on the strategic management thought.Finally,the measures to cultivate and enhance the core competence of military university has been brought forth. |
