| 由于自身的特殊性和封闭性,军事高等教育长期以来与普通高等教育都是相对分离、独立的两个系统。随着军队院校的改革转型,以及地方高校之间联合趋势的不断向前发展,两个系统之间扩大开放、加强联合的必要性正在逐渐地得到彰显。本文在对军地联合办学的现实状况进行调查的基础上,提出军地区域性联合办学的概念,研究双方展开联合的方法和手段,构建新型的联合办学模式,希望以此能促进两个系统之间更健康、更有效的交流合作。 |
| Abstract: |
| Owing to its particularities and closeness,military higher education and general higher education are relatively separated and independent of each other.Now the need to strengthen the cooperation between both sides becomes stronger and stronger along with the development of military academies and the combination with local institutions.Based on some investigation,the thesis presents the concept of regional joint school-running of military academies and local institutions of higher education,researches the ways and measures and designs a model of cooperation,so as to promote the communication between both sides healthily and effectively. |
