| 信息化战争背景下,我军军事新闻工作的任务发生重大变化,对军队新闻工作者提出新的要求。本文结合军队实际,把握时代脉搏,根据形势任务对新闻专业技术军官的能力要求,从理论素养、技能训练、军事实践三个方面,提出有一定针对性、操作性、建设性的新闻专业技术军官能力生成与培养建设思路。 |
| Abstract: |
| In the background of the present information warfare and information globalization,the missions of military journalism have changed so greatly that new demands are promoted for military journalists to confront the challenges.In this paper,we define the confines of military journalism officers as well as the duties and capabilities which they are supposed to possess.In light of the actual state of the army,new situations and new requirements for the ability of journalism officers,we probe into theoretic attainments,skill training and military practice of officers as well as the training and cultivating approaches.In addition,some innovative and operational ideas are proposed to improve the level of training and cultivation of military journalism officers. |
