| 随着我国改革开放步伐的不断加速,我军也正进一步走向世界,不断加强与各国的军事交往,参加联合国的有关军事活动。在军事院校开设国际法课程,对于扩大学员的知识面,准确的运用国际法基本理论,判断和评价国际性问题和现象有着重要的意义。通过这门课程的学习培养学员的国家自豪感和坚定保卫国家的信念。突出军事特色,激发学员学习的兴趣是顺利开展国际法教学的前提,树立正确的教学目的是完成国际法教学任务的关键,案例教学法巧妙贯穿于教学的全过程,是达到国际法教学目的的有效手段。 |
| Abstract: |
| This essay deals with the teaching methods of international law,including interest in study,teaching methods etc.In particular this essay is not limited to teaching methods since it also aims at setting up the purpose for this course.In a word,we try to make research on the teaching methods of international law,especially for cadets. |
