| 高等学校竞争力就是学校在占有、配置和利用各种教育资源的竞争中发挥积极作用、最终获胜的各种力量之总和。培育竞争力是高等学校办学主体的多元化和高等教育需求的多样化的需要；高等学校竞争力可分解为基本竞争力、核心竞争力、拓展竞争力；优先夯实基本竞争力、重点突破核心竞争力、不断挖掘拓展竞争力是高等学校竞争力培育的基本战略选择。 |
| Abstract: |
| Facing all kinds of challenges and opportunities,the competitive competence should be cultivated in colleges. It falls into basic competence,core competence and developing competence. Giving priority to the cultivation of the basic competence,focusing on the core competence and tapping the developing competence are the key strategic choices in fostering the competitive competence of colleges. |
