| Abstract: |
| The paper based on the whole course of the development of the students,investigates the effects of passing on from teacher to student in scientific and technological innovation. We maintain that the important cause why excellent teachers always bring up outstanding students lies in the selection of promising students,early enlightenment,imparting special methods and constructing the first-class plat form for innovation. |
