| Abstract: |
| The tasks the institutes of job-oriented education face in the process of transformation of the military institutes,put forward higher requirements for their journals. It is hard for journal editing department in many institutes of job-oriented education to meet the requirement due to their staff's lack of knowledge. In order to raise their level of special military knowledge,editing and language skills,effective measures should be taken to learn,accumulate and update their knowledge. |
