| 随着我军依托地方高校为部队培养生长干部重要部署的实施,军队院校相关专业的招生规模将逐年减少,并且在通用学科专业上这种趋势必将日趋明显.因此面对新的形势,探析小规模招生专业的人才培养问题具有重要的意义.作为小规模人才培养模式教学改革的实践者,本文旨在就小规模招生专业人才培养的几个问题进行探讨. |

| With the implementation of our army's policy that civilian universities train the military cadres for the military,the numbers of recruitments of relative majors in military universities are decreasing,especially of academic majors of general application.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyse the cultivation of majors of small scale recruitments.As practitioners of teaching reform on small scale talent cultivation mode,we intend to explore several certain questions in the thesis. |
