      学习动力是学员从事学习活动的原动力,直接关系学习的成效.本文在分析当前学员学习动力现状的基础上,设计了提升学员学习动力的激励模式及其实施的关键环节,并有针对性地提出了相应的改进建议,以便更好地解决提高学员学习积极性的问题.
Abstract:
      Learning impetus is the motive power for the cadets to study,which relates closely with the effects of their study.Based on the analysis of the cadets' present impetus,the authors design the stimulating model to enhance the motive force and the key points while carrying out the model.The authors bring forward some pertinent suggestions in order to improve the study motivity of military cadets.
