| Abstract: |
| Based on the satisfaction degree research of the cadets to the environment of military academy,this paper comprehensively analyses military academy's advantages and disadvantages of the environmental building in the process of the cultivation of high-tech military personnel,especially paying attention to the drawbacks of the management modes of the cadet companies,and finally proposes suggestions for improvement. |
