| 国防科技的发展和军事科技的创新使外语应用能力成为军队科技人员的必备技能.本文通过分析提高军队科技人员外语能力的内在需求,针对军事科技人员外语能力的薄弱环节,从改革和完善军校大学外语教育和外语培训体系,加强科技人员自身的外语自学能力两方面为进一步提高军队科技人员的外语应用能力提出了改进策略. |

| The development of defense technology and the innovation of military science and technology make foreign language practical ability the necessary skill of military technical personnel.Through analyzing the inner requirements of improving military technical personnel's foreign language practical ability,two ways of improving it are proposed.One is to reform and perfect our college foreign language education and training systems,the other is to enforce their foreign language self-study capabilities. |
