      岗前培训是新教师走上岗位的前期培训和青年教师整个职业培训过程中的第一个环节,对新教师的专业成长具有重要意义.本文中,笔者针对当前高校教师岗前培训中在内容和形式上存在的问题,结合培训实践,对在岗前培训中引入微格教学进行了论述.
Abstract:
      For young teachers,the pre-work training is the first step of the job training,which is of important significance for professional development.In the thesis,the author expounds how to introduce the micro-teaching into the pre-work training to solve the problems in current practice.
