| 在高等教育领域,办学理念、办学特色、校风、校训各自有着不同的内涵和外延,但四个概念并非完全孤立,从教育学、社会学、哲学和管理学等不同角度出发都可以看到四者之间存在的共同点,并可以构建一个体现四者深层关系的二维坐标系:办学理念是办学特色、校风和校训的基础和源泉;办学理念与办学特色是理论与实践的关系;校训与校风是应然与实然的关系;校风是办学理念、办学特色、校训物化的风尚;校训是办学特色、校风践行办学理念的工具. |
