| 军委总部赋予军队综合大学使命任务的转变,确立了综合大学教育转型的战略目标定位。起步转轨、艰辛探索和整体跃升构成了军队综合大学建设与发展历程的三个阶段。军队综合大学组建10年来,在新型院校体系中的龙头和基石地位基本确立,办学理念发生深刻变化,育人模式改革取得重要突破,合训人才培养体系初步构建,办学环境条件明显改善。展望未来,军队综合大学教育转型向纵深推进任重道远,作为时代的必然抉择,必须坚定方向,锐意进取,内涵发展,开创新局。 |
