| 在这很多学生称导师为老板的时代,老师怎么看待员工?为了回答该问题,对教授博导至刚毕业走上工作岗位的协助指导老师们进行了调查。结果表明,老师们一致认为学生在科研攻关中发挥了中坚力量的作用,并且都希望学生能够成为领域专家,老师们鼓励学生多多参与领域内的学术交流,逐步掌握系统的科学研究方法。 |

| At a time when the tutor may be looked as boss by many graduates,what is the attitude of the boss toward his employees ? To answer this question,a questionary is designed to investigate the doctoral tutor's and master tutor's attitude toward the student's role. Results show that the student always plays an important role in the scientific research,and the tutors earnestly hope their students to become experts in their respective field.
