| The training of pre-commissioned officers is the foundation of military personnel training.A lot of successful experience about the pre-commissioned officers' training has been accumulated by the USA and Russia and characteristic methods have been formed as well.It is significant to strengthen the military personnel training of our troops by comparing their training system of pre-commissioned officers with ours to draw on their successful experience. |
