| 简要阐述了研究性教学的内涵与特点，分析了开展指挥类学员研究性教学的矛盾与困境，提出了相应的对策：转变教学观念，树立学员主体地位；转变管理模式，强调和谐管理；提升学员学习的自主性；改革课程体系和教材；建立科学的教学评价体系；加大对研究性教学的经费投入。 |
