| 教育和创新型人才已成为新时期国家核心竞争力的关键。本文首先分析了军校青年教师在教书育人方面存在的一些问题，然后分别从价值取向和道德修养，教育理念和综合业务能力，育人为本和教学质量等方面探讨了青年教师在教书育人过程中自身需要注意的问题，以期为军队高等院校青年教师做好教学和人才培养、全面提升自身素质提供一些参考意见。 |
