| 进入终身学习时代，部队官兵的教育学习不再局限于某个年龄段或工作区间，不再局限于院校和训练场，而是贯穿于从入伍到退役的全过程，扩展到了工作生活之中。以美、俄为代表的外军军事职业教育体系较为完备，组织开展在岗培训历史悠久，效果显著。借鉴他们在价值认定、机会创设、内容安排、方式选择和组织管理方面的成功经验，探索具有我军特色的在岗培训管理运行机制，已经成为拓展军事职业教育研究领域，完善军事人才培养体系的重要课题。 |
