| 本文分析了战斗力生成模式转变对军事理论课教员素质的内在要求，剖析了后勤任职教育军事理论课教学师资队伍在知识和能力等方面存在的差距，提出通过做好培养规划，拓宽选拔渠道，突出教研能力培训，强化部队实践锻炼等措施，科学构建起一支知识结构合理、综合素质高、专业特色明显、具有创新意识的教学师资队伍。 |

| Adapting the new request of the talents training to the change in the mode of generating combat capabilities,this paper lists the requirements of the teaching staffs of military theory courses in the logistic vocational education for the change in the mode of generating combat capabilities,analyzes the gap between these requirements and the knowledge and capability of the current teaching staff of military theory courses,and proposes how to build up a contingent of teaching staff with rational knowledge structure,high comprehensive quality,outstanding professional characteristics and innovative consciousness by optimizing the educational plan,expanding selection channels,highlighting the training of teaching and research capacity and stressing the practice in the army.Through the above measures,the teaching staff of military theory courses can be built up scientifically,which is adaptable to with the change in the mode of generating combat capabilities. |
