| 军队基层文化工作课程教学，对于提高学员文化带兵能力及军事人文素质具有十分重要的作用。当前，为了适应时代发展及新型高素质军事人才的培养要求，加快战斗力生成模式转变，课程教学必须与时俱进，不断创新。通过深入贯彻落实科学发展观，紧贴时代要求和形势变化，在思想观念、内容、模式、方法手段等方面进行了积极有效的探索和创新。 |

| The teaching of Culture Work for the Basic Army Units plays a very important role in improving the cadets’ ability to lead the troops and military humanist quality.At present,in order to satisfy the requirements of the development of new high-quality military personnel training,to speed up the change of the fighting power generation mode,curriculum teaching must keep pace with the times and constantly innovate.In recent years,through thoroughly implement the scientific view of development,keep abreast of the times and the changing situation,we undertook active and effective exploration and innovation of the concept,content,methods modes. |
