| Abstract: |
| Peer counseling has the characteristics of wide coverage,convenience,quick-acting and timely detection of problems.Its characteristics and advantages can make up for the lack of professional psychological counseling in military academy and meet the needs of the cadets and also effectively improve tgheir mental health.In order to better serve the military academy by peer-counseling,we must carry out scientific and standardized training and selection of the peer counselors,through recruitment,selection,training,supervision and other steps. |
