| 什么是拔尖创新人才和怎样培养拔尖创新人才是当前教育界重点研究的两个问题。本文从生物学基础公共课程的建设出发,深入分析了拔尖创新人才的内涵,给出了该课程的建设与拔尖创新人才培养的关系,从创新意识的养成、创新精神的培养和创新能力的提高等几个方面提出了一些生物学基础课程中应注意的问题,对如何培养拔尖创新人才具有一定的借鉴意义。 |
| Abstract: |
| "What is innovative talent?" and "How do we cultivate innovative talents?" are two key problems for educators.Here,we explain from the angle of the construction of the non-major course "Essentials of Biology".We analyse the connotation of the innovative talent,and then point out the relationship between the course construction and the cultivation of the talent.Furthermore,we point out the problems in the teaching we should pay attention to in nurturance of innovative consciousness,the training of innovative quality and improvement of innovative capacity,which can be used as reference for the cultivation of innovative talents. |
