要加快教育大国向教育强国、人力资源大国向人力资源强国的迈进,就亟需对创新人才的培养问题作出明确而有力的回答。从"钱学森之问"所体现的重大时代意义入手,揭示学校教育在创新人才培养过程中的不能承受之重,即学校教育无法超越创新人才成长的时代发展规律,学校教育难以超越创新人才成长的深层制度屏障,学校教育不能重构创新人才成长的社会文化环境。最后从宏观-社会、中观-学校、微观-学生三个层面展开探讨,以求解创新型人才培养的可行路径。 |
Abstract: |
To speed up the progress of the big country of education to a powerful one,and a big country of man-power resources to a strong one,it is necessary to give a definite answer to the question of the cultivation of innovative talents."Qian’ question," reveals the unbearable weight of training the innovative personnel in schools,that is,the school can not overpass the law of development in the era and the barrier of the educational system.The school education can not reconstruct the social and cultural environment for the cultivation of innovative talents.Finally,in the society,school,and students,a path to cultivate the innovative talents are explored. |
