| 提高研究生课程的教学质量,有助于研究生的自学和创新能力的综合培养。本文结合教学组近五年《光纤光学》教学体会,结合自己作为一个年轻教师的教学实践,从年轻教师如何提高课堂教学效果和教学质量出发,摸索一些研究生课程课堂教学的新元素,介绍了五个新做法,探索了研究生课程课堂教学新做法以提高教学效果的新思路。 |

| Improving the teaching quality of the graduate courses promotes the cultivation of self-study and creative ability for the graduates.According to the five-year teaching experience of 《Fiber Optics》and the teaching practice as a young teacher,for the purpose of improving the teaching effect and quality,this paper probes some new way of thinking for teaching graduate courses,and introduces five new methods to improve the teaching effect of graduate courses. |
