| 生活于知识社会与信息时代,会学比学会更显重要。但军队院校强调学员"学会学习"并非仅提出要求就能达到目的,"学会学习"也不单是学员群体的责任。针对当前教员在推进学员"学会学习"中引导作用的缺失,本文在明确教育者责任的基础上,建议广大教员积极引导学员开展自主学习、探究性学习、选择性学习和合作性学习,引导学员敢于质疑和善于质疑。建议院校管理部门着眼于促进学员"学会学习",从教学层面和管理层面大胆改革创新,以推动教学改革向深层次发展。 |
| Abstract: |
| It is more important to know how to study than to study well in the knowledge society and information age.However,in military universities and colleges,emphasizing "understanding how to study" does not necessarily mean that the objectives,can be attained just by raising requirements.To "understand how to learn" is not only the responsibility of the cadets.In the light of the deficiency of the teachers’ guidance in teaching the cadets to understand how to study,this paper,on the basis of clarifying the instructor’s responsibility,suggests that all the instructors should actively carry out self-study,study through inquiry,discriminately,and cooperatively encouraging them to dare doubt and be good at doubting.We suggest that the administrative department focuse their attention to help the cadets "understand how to study" in order to carry out the teaching reform to a higher level. |
