| 以提升学员队的建设和管理水平为目标,在广泛调研国内外高校学生管理机制和模式的基础上,围绕高素质新型军事人才培养这一核心使命任务,从学员队与教研室平等的视角出发,重点探讨了军队院校学员队在人才培养中应具有的地位和应发挥的作用,结合军事人才培养的特点和规律,论述了学员队应切实履行的六个方面的基本职责任务。对深入认识学员队的职能使命,增强学员队工作的针对性、有效性,加强队干部的履职尽责能力,提升学员队的建设水平具有较好的参考价值。 |
| Abstract: |
| The paper aims at improving the construction and management of the cadet detachment.Based on the investigation of the mechanism and model of the cadet management in the universities at home and abroad,centreing round the core mission of high quality military talent cultivation,from the angle of equality between the detachment and the teaching and research group.The status and functions of the cadet detachment in the talent cultivation are discussed.In the light of the characteristics and law of military talent cultivation,six basic duties for the cadet detachment are put forward.The paper provides reference for fulfilling the duties of the cadet detachment with a clear aim and effectiveness,and raising the construction level of the detachment. |
