| 战士学员相比青年学员部队经验比较丰富、军事素质较好,但文化基础相对较差、自主学习能力较低、学习心态错综复杂,导致其教育引导任务加重、公共课程教学压力增大、专业课程教学要求更高。从招生源头上把好质量,优化课程体系结构,调整实践教学比重,强化奖惩激励机制,有利于进一步提高战士学员本科学习教育质量。 |
| Abstract: |
| The cadets from the troops have rich military experience and higher military qualities.However,they haven’t sound cultural foundation and are not good at independent learning.Thus their learning mentality is complicated,which causes the difficulty in teaching guidance,pressure buildup in non-major courses teaching,as well as higher demand for the teaching quality of the undergraduate study.We should strictly control the enrollment,optimize the course structural system,adjust the proportion of practice,and strengthen the system of rewards and punishments. |
