| Establishing the correct and lasting goal to the national defense students is one of the important problems in their training.This paper,utilizing Drucker’s target motivation theory,preliminarily discusses the problems existing in the national defense students training,and puts forward some measures and methods for reference in establishing the goal of training and applying incentive method of the national defense students. |
