      毕业设计是衔接军事指挥类学员技术类院校学习与指挥类院校学习、部队任职的一个重要教学环节。为了更好地突出军事指挥类人才培养的特点,国防科技大学对其毕业设计指导方式进行了改革,要求逐步实现由学术发展为导向的论文研究型向面对部队建设实际的问题解决型转变。从军事指挥类学员本科毕业设计的特点出发,从专题选题、子课题设计、指导方式、成果形式等毕业设计全过程进行了思考,在通信工程专业军事指挥类学员的本科毕业设计指导中进行了实践,并分析了指导效果。
Abstract:
      Graduation project of joint-training undergraduates is the important bridge connecting the study in technical college and that in military academy and their future commanding post in the army.In order to improve the quality of the joint-training undergraduates,National University of Defense Technology reforms the directing mode of the graduation project,transferring from academic research to problem solving of the army.This paper analyses the characteristic of the graduation project,proposes our thinking on all the stages: dissertation arrangement,sub-task design,directing methods and result form.We put into practice our ideas in directing joint-training undergraduates in the communication major and analyses the effect.
