| 军队院校正处于教育转型期,正在大力实施精英教育,培养大批的高素质新型军事人才。对此,军队院校应及时建立和实施学员全程淘汰制加以保证精英人才的培养。本文分析了实施学员全程淘汰制的重要意义,提出了军队院校合训学员全程淘汰制的构想和体系,并进行了试检验和可行性分析。 |
| Abstract: |
| Military academies are at the educational transformation stage and carry out the elite education to train a large number of high-quality military personnel of a new type.Therefore,military academies should set up and apply the whole process screening system to ensure the quality of talents.This paper analyzes the significance of carrying out the whole process screening system,proposes the idea and the system of applying the whole process screening to junior commanding officer cadets in military academies,and testifies its feasibility. |
