| Aiming at improving the quality of talent development，this paper proposes the philosophy of using practice as the main line to improve upon the innovative talent development mode by incorporating the practic of the operation of a university. Furthermore，it expounds systematically the importance，the fundamental means and the working ideas of the practice - oriented education. |
