| Nowadays all the PLA’s military academies are positively seeking new points of growth for the military talents cultivation with the background of military transformation. Centering on the target model，training content，management mechanism of innovation and exploitation cuhivation of commanding officers，this article is aiming at bringing some enlightenments on the what and how issue when seeking new points of growth for the military talents cultivation. |
