| 院校与部队联教联训，是信息时代赋予联合训练的崭新课题，是区别于传统的院校与部队之间协作训练的重要标志，是院校教育出战斗力的重要表现。通过总结院校与部队近年来联教联训经验，从组建组织机构和导调队伍、设置内容体系及流程方案，探索组训导调方式、完善保障措施和运行机制提出了有效的对策。 |
| Abstract: |
| College - and - troops joint teaching and joint training is a new topic in today，s information age. It is significant and different from the traditional collaborative training between college and troops，and characterized with achievement of combating strength through college education. This paper summarizes the experience of university - and - forces joint teaching and joint training in recent years，and the effective countermeasures are put forward for the establishment of organization and managing team，setting the content system and the flow scheme，exploring the training method and managing mode，and improving guarantee measure and operation mechanism. |
