| 第十六次全军院校会议对“合训分流”组训模式的发展方向予以确认并推出了一系列新的举措，为提高军队指挥人才培养质量指明了方向。围绕军队指挥人才培养的总目标，认真梳理“合训”学员的培养实践，查找影响“合训”学员培养质量的各种因素，采取有针对性的措施进行教学改革，不断提高人才培养质量。 |
| Abstract: |
| At the sixteenth Military Academy Conference in July，2011，the Central Military Commission set out a series of new measures to support and guide the junior commanding officers education with an eye to new military revolution in the world and the change of combat capabilities generating mode. In order to improve the quality of talent training and realize the general target，some effective measures should be taken to improve the reformation and development of military universities academic credentials education. |
