| 本文分析了当前学员队干部管理育人面临的挑战和问题，提出新形势下学员队干部的新定位——学员军旅导师。类比学术导师，分析了学员军旅导师的全程性、基础性、创造性等特点，提出学员队干部要努力成为学员军旅生涯的领路人，为学员的长远发展打好坚实基础，并具备相应的导师能力素质，实现更高的目标要求。最后按照“内外兼修”思路，通过加强教育引导、开展培训交流、完善评价激励机制来提高学员队干部的育人意识和作为学员军旅导师的能力素质。 |
| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzes the challenges and problems in the management and education leaders of cadet detachments，and then proposes the new position of the detachment leaders under new processes for the military tutor of the cadets. By making analogy with the academic tutor，we analyze the connotation and characteristic，the object and requirement，the ability and quality of military tutors. Based on the whole - course, fundamental and creative features of the military tutor, we point out that the detachment leaders should make efforts to become the guide of the cadets’military career and to lay solid foundation for the cadets’future development，and have relevant ability and quality as tutors. Finally，according to the idea of“internal and external cultivation”，we suggest the way of strengthening education and instruction，organizing training and communication，completing incentive mechanism，in order to enhance the consciousness of education as well as the ability and quality required of the detachment leaders as the cadets’military tutors. |
