| 通过分析军校网络教学资源整合面临的问题，从整合理念角度阐释军队网络教学资源建设应该把握资源，融入知识管理理念、创新课程设计，提高资源整合力度，增强课程资源应用效果；阐述了MOOC的理念和特征及其在整合网络教学资源中所起的作用，并以国防科技大学MOOC项目为例，从组织实施和技术支持等实践层面分析基于MOOC理念的网络教学资源的建设。 |
| Abstract: |
| A confronting problem of military school network teaching resources is pointed out，The emphasis points of military school network teaching resources construction are resources - grasping，management philosophy combined with knowledge and innovation in curriculum - designing. The key point of military school network teaching resources construction is integration dynamics and application effect. The idea and feature of MOOC is elaborated in the article，including the function of MOOC in network teaching resources integration. The building of network teaching resources based on MOOC concept is described from a practical level，taking the MOOC project of NUDT as an example，including technically supporting ways and Organizational approach and implementation steps. |
