| Abstract: |
| Joint teaching ＆ joint training representing the value of joint teaching and the direction of developing an open education，is the normal mode and the important way of military talents. In order to orderly and steadily push forward the practice of the joint teaching ＆ joint training teaching activities，the article regards the common requirements of Military Universities and Army Units as the starting point，clarifies that only partners of joint teaching ＆ joint training reach extensive consensus，make concerted efforts and take responsibility of task together，they could have a Win- win cooperation and move forward together. |
