| On the basis of necessity in establishing tutor sabbatical and analysis on the current situation of China’s tutor sabbatical，this paper focuses on the implementation strategies in establishing tutor sabbatical in China. And then relative policy environment for establishing tutor sabbatical with Chinese characteristics is summarized. |
